Private Wealth & Investment Groups

Private wealth.
Commercial perspective.

Qatar legal advice on substantial private holdings, investment structures and complex estates.

Substantial private wealth can span operating businesses, property and investment vehicles. Adad advises business owners, private investors and investment groups on the Qatar legal arrangements that govern ownership, control and the transfer of those assets.

We advise on ownership structures, private transactions, shareholder arrangements and investment agreements. A proposed transaction is considered alongside existing obligations, control of the assets and the rights affected. Where specialist financial, tax or foreign-law input is required, we coordinate that advice within the mandate.

Our inheritance and estates practice addresses heirs’ rights, estate assets, division and related disputes. An estate containing business interests or overseas holdings can require coordinated advice on ownership, management and the procedures through which rights are established and transferred.

We agree who the client is, who may give instructions and receive advice, and how sensitive documents are exchanged. Where ownership or investment interests diverge, those distinctions matter to the quality and independence of the advice.
